architecture-academics.online (A-A.O) is an online education platform offering courses, study materials, mock tests, video lectures, and preparatory content designed for:

• Students preparing for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA), India.
• Students in Class XII aspiring to pursue a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree.
• Architecture enthusiasts and learners seeking foundational and advanced architectural education.

To access paid content on the Portal, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age. Users between 13 and 18 require parental/guardian consent.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately at admin@architecture-academics.online of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

• Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course(s) for the duration specified on the course page.
• Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.
• Course content may be updated or revised at our sole discretion without prior notice.
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to course content.
• The Portal reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend any course at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

By using the Portal, you agree that you will not:

• Share, redistribute, resell, or sublicense any course content, videos, PDFs, or study materials to any third party.
• Record, screenshot, or capture course video content using any means.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or tools to access or extract content from the Portal.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Portal or its servers.
• Upload or transmit any malicious software, spam, or harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

• All course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.
• Prices are subject to change at our discretion. Enrolled users will not be charged additional amounts mid-course.
• In case of failed transactions, amounts debited will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 working days.

All content on the Portal — including course videos, PDFs, practice tests, illustrations, architectural drawings, written materials, logos, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Portal or its content partners and is protected under the Copyright Act 1957, Trade Marks Act 1999, and Information Technology Act 2000 (India).

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any content constitutes infringement and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

The Portal may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. We do not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for such third-party content.

• The Portal and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Portal.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course in respect of which the claim arises.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Portal following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
